We do not guarantee weight or coat color. We take measurements and try our best to chart our puppies to determine adult size but other factors like their daily diet can contribute to size. Coats can and sometimes do change when puppies go from puppy coat to adult coat.

We accept deposits on puppies that are less than 8 weeks old. Deposits are non transferable and non refundable if you change your mind. Once a deposit is placed we offer FaceTime appointments. Once a puppy is ready for rehoming puppy must be picked up on designated day or within 48 hours or your deposit will be forfeited.

ALL puppies are vet cleared and come with age appropriate vaccines/dewormer.

Tiny Tot’s Quality Kennels does not guarantee the puppy’s adult size, height, weight, or overall physical development. Estimated adult size is based on parental size, breed characteristics, genetics, and growth patterns and is provided only as an estimate. Puppies can mature larger or smaller than expected, even when both parents are within a particular size range.

Coat Color & Appearance:
We do not guarantee a puppy’s final adult coat color, shade, markings, pattern, coat texture, or overall appearance. Puppy coats can naturally lighten, darken, fade, change texture, or otherwise develop as the puppy matures. Photos and descriptions represent the puppy’s appearance at the time they are provided and should not be considered a guarantee of its adult appearance.

DNA & Genetic Testing:
When DNA testing is available, results may provide information regarding ancestry and/or specific genetic traits. DNA results do not guarantee how a puppy’s coat color, markings, size, structure, or other physical characteristics will ultimately develop. Tiny Tot’s Quality Kennels does not guarantee specific physical characteristics solely on the basis of DNA results.

Registration Papers:
Registration papers, including AKC or CKC registration when applicable, document the puppy’s registration and recorded ancestry/parentage. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of adult size, weight, coat color, markings, appearance, or any other physical characteristic.
